How to Install MudRunner Mods for Singleplayer

Spintires: MudRunner is utterly unique, and as a driving simulator of a niche field it is basically unparalleled. However, the difficulty level and lack of pace are likely going to make it a very niche game, while the camera is an extra challenge in itself. Still, there's grit, determination, freedom and reward to be found here for those ready to wade in.

Step 1: Download the mods that you want to add in the game.

Step 2: Extract the rar file

Step 3: Go to the game directory (C:\Program Files\Epic Games\MudRunner)

Step 4: Create an empty folder and name it Media/MediaA or any name of your choice.

Step 5: In that folder, right click on config and select 'Edit'.

Step 6: Copy the 9th line in that text file and paste it in a new line below it.

Step 7: Change "Media.zip" to "Media" or "MediaA" or to the name of the empty folder which you had given in Step 4.

Step 8: Save and close the text file.

Step 9: Now copy and paste the extracted mod files which you had extracted in Step 2 to the empty folder.

Step 10: Open the game and select singleplayer.

Now you're ready to play singleplayer with mods.
